Details / How it works
Through the customer support line, guests can have detailed information on the product, co-payments, coverages and medical assistance in case of need.
All medical fees are included in the plan and will be supported by "Health in Portugal". The guests will only be charged with a 20€ co-payment directly from the doctor that will provide the service.
When requested by the doctor, the medical prescriptions will be delivered in the hotel. The guest will have to pay for the prescribed medicines and delivery costs (when applicable).
In case of need of medical assistance, the guest should ask in the front-desk to contact the medical assistance line. A doctor will be sent to the hotel. This service is available 24h / day and has no limits of use. The guest will only be charged a co-payment of 20€ per request.
In the case of an impossibility to send a doctor to the hotel, the medical assistance line will provide medical transportation to the nearest hospital or clinic.
Specialty consultations and medical diagnostic exams have a co-payment from the guest, managed by our partner RNA Medical. To use this cover the guest will have to present the digital card or ask in the hotel With the digital card.
